BesTek’s state-of-the-art facility in Milpitas, California, is engineered from the ground up to operate as a world-class Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) hub. The production floor is equipped with four fully automated SMT lines utilizing high-precision YAMAHA equipment, delivering an annual SMT capacity of approximately 2.9 million components. To support diverse product architectures and scalable manufacturing demands, our layout features four standard SMT lines, two dedicated DIP lines, two hand-soldering stations, and an independent quick-turn SMT line optimized for rapid prototyping. This high-capacity manufacturing ecosystem is seamlessly integrated with dedicated areas for custom cable fabrication, enclosure assembly, and robust functional testing—ensuring your builds move smoothly from raw components to fully verified systems within a single, optimized environment.
